Highlights

Since 2024Founder & Director of De Unges Atelierforbund. Launching and growing a network of youth studios across Norway: registration, grant applications and reporting, participant & instructor onboarding, and administration. By the end of 2024 — 24 studios, 218 participants, 3 regions.

Since 2021Initiator and managing lead of a fagskole project in figurative art and opera/classical vocal. Curricula, exam criteria, selection of faculty and board, partnerships with institutions, and operational management.

2018–2023Teacher of Kunst & Håndverk. Groups up to 23–25 students, individual education plans (IOP). Subjects: drawing, painting, printmaking/graphics, ceramics, textiles, basics of metal/casting, art history.

2006–2018Managerial & pedagogical experience in the early-childhood education system in Oslo: program design, HR, processes, liaison with the municipality.

  • Fagskole "Figurative Art + Opera". Concept & strategy, curricula, exam criteria, work with stakeholders and the supervisory board. (2021–present)
  • De Unges Atelierforbund. National network of youth art studios. (2024–present)
  • Educational initiatives: youth orchestras Balalaika & Tchaikovsky, choirs Matryoshka; three associations — from chartering & boards to funding, events and partnerships.
